Our
Promise

“Our Job Is Not Complete Until You Are Completely Satisfied!” This is not just our promise, it is our philosophy. We say this because we mean it. If you are not satisfied with your Prudential experience, we promise to make it right. We’ll do whatever is necessary to take care of you and all of your heating and cooling needs.

Founded on
Satisfaction

Prudential Heating and Air Conditioning Company, Inc., founded by Frank H. Arnold, Sr., has been serving the heating and cooling needs of homeowners and business in the Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana area since 1947. Prudential specializes in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality systems for residential and commercial clients. For over 70 years, honesty, integrity and value have earned us the confidence and respect of this community. Client satisfaction has been and will continue to be the standard by which we measure our success.

The Prudential family

We are nothing without people. It’s our people that differentiate us from a commoditized service. It’s the people we serve that allow us to thrive. HVAC technology is the means by which we solve problems, but ultimately it’s always about people. From management to technicians, the Prudential team brings professionalism, skill and friendliness to every heating and cooling project.

Our clients
come first

With an unparalleled commitment to our clients’ satisfaction, Prudential has always been focused on the health, safety, and comfort of each and every one of our clients. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends that all HVAC systems be engineered and designed for proper sizing for the unique requirements of your home or building but only 3% of homes in the U.S. have systems that are properly sized.

Health

If not properly sealed, air may leak into your duct system. This air may then contain fumes from household and garden chemicals, insulation particles, mold, and dust. Aggravating existing conditions including asthma and allergies and leading to numerous other potential health problems.

Safety

Leaking ducts can cause equipment to back draft– causing combustion gases to flow into your home rather than out of the vents. When any combustion devices are in depressurized areas, invisible gases, such as carbon monoxide (CO), can back draft into your home.

Comfort

Duct leaks, improper duct sizing, improper equipment sizing and improper installation will affect the level of comfort in your home making some rooms drafty while other rooms feel cooler or warmer than the others, resulting in an uncomfortable feeling…in your own home.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

PRUDENTIAL CARES PROGRAM

We believe that being involved with and serving our community is a vital part of our mission as a small, locally owned business. For the past seven decades we’ve been fortunate enough to work with several local charities and nonprofit organizations to help those in need. Earlier this year, we implemented a new program that we hope will allow us to help even more: our Prudential Cares Program. We established the Prudential Cares Program because we believe that thriving businesses are built on thriving communities. Each year through the Prudential Cares Program, employees within Prudential Heating and Air Conditioning nominate charities that are dear to them, and from those nominated, one is chosen to be the sponsored organization for the year. This allows Prudential to give back to their community while also getting the team involved in fundraising for nonprofit organizations across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

Harbor House – Ken-ducky Derby

Harbor House of Louisville is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families to lead fulfilled and productive lives. Our mission is to promote and help raise funds for Harbor House to expand their facilities so that they may enhance the lives of many generations within our community.

Lennox – Feel the Love

The Feel The Love™ program began in 2009 and through this program, Lennox has donated over 1,000 furnaces for those in need throughout the U.S and Canada. We have partnered with Lennox to lend a helping hand by installing a FREE high-efficiency, furnace or air conditioner to people in our community who have lost their job, are struggling veterans, disabled, ill elderly, or on a limited income.
